What should I include in my prompt?

In general, you'll get better results by being more specific. Some of the things we recommend including in your prompt are the camera motion, e.g. “A drone fly through,” an action, e.g. “a man running,” and details about the setting, people, and objects in your scene.

How long do videos take to generate?

We provide an ETA after you start your video render, but as a rule of thumb, each 5 second video requires roughly 5-6 minutes to generate.

My video ran into an error. What do I do?

Try changing the prompt and trying again later. Currently we have a safety system that doesn’t allow generations with certain words, so you might have better results if you shorten your prompt or remove any words that may violate our content policy.
